Modular Rod Building System.

The RBS system allows you to start small or large, and then add components as you want.

Start with the base station unit, and then add components to turn into a hand wrapper, drying station, power wrapper and more! Plus, all future CRB systems will be RBS compatible, protecting your investment.

RBS Base Station:

Base Station
The Aluminum Base Station (ABS) is a series of modular high grade bases that screw together, and is the foundation for the RBS system.
8 Foot Base (Standard)
Each section measures right under 33” so with the full 3 bases that come standard, rod builders have a true 8’ of workable area. If you need more than an 8 foot work area, simple add another base station segment.
Dual Rollers
Each section features dual roller tracks to run accessory trays or thread carriages in the front or rear of the wrapper.
Support Stands
The ABS also has a center track to mount support stands as well as the full line of CRB Tools.

RBS Hand Wrapper:

Spool Side Pressure System
By putting pressure on the spool and not the thread you avoid the problems of the metallic treads de-laminating, nylon thread bunching and twist coiling.
Dual Thread Tensioners
Holding two spools means you can quickly change from color to color fast and efficiently.
Smooth Thread Slider
By putting pressure on the spool and not the thread you avoid the problems of the metallic treads de-laminating, nylon thread bunching and twist coiling.
Thread Tension Rod
Designed to keep constant thread tension on your wraps, cushion the tread spool pressure and allow you to reverse your wraps without losing tension on the thread.

RBS Power Wrapping Head:

Power Up!
With the CRB Power Head, you can convert your hand wrapping station into a power wrapping station with serious speed. Now you can finish your guide and butt wraps in no time at all!
Self-Centering Chuck
The Power Head features a direct drive self centering, self adjusting chuck that will fit virtually all rod styles and is controlled via an electric foot pedal.
Grip Making
You can even use the Power Wrapping Head to spin cork and EVA material to create stunning custom handle assemblies!
