Standard Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions
These warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover rod components. Mud Hole Custom Tackle, Inc will not warranty blanks designed as fly rods that are used as casting or spinning rods.
These warranties are limited to the blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warrant gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
THESE WARRANTIES ONLY EXTEND TO OR COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THE ROD BLANK RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ROD BLANK BY OTHER THAN NORMAL USE OF THE ROD FOR ITS INTENDED APPLICATION, OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED BY PARTY(S) OTHER THAN BY MUD HOLE CUSTOM TACKLE, INC. WILL NOT BE COVERED.

Limited 1-Year Warranty
Rod Blanks in this category are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser and subject to the Standard Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Products in this category are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser and subject to the Standard Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you have a CRB blank that is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Cut blank on 4” on each side of the failure.
- Remove any guides that might be on the sections being returned.
- In a padded envelope return the 4” blank pieces along with the proof of purchase and a short description of how this failure occurred.
- Please include all contact information and a check, money order or credit card information for $25.00 USD (domestic US) or $45.00 USD (International & Canada) which covers shipping & handling. If you do not include a check, you will be contacted for credit card payment before your blank can be replaced. Note: Returns from Russia are subject to a shipping quote before return.
If it is determined that your blank is within the designated warranty period and failed due to a defect in material or workmanship, your rod blank will be replaced free of charge.
